I believe healing happens when we feel safe enough to be fully seen and heard. My work is rooted in creating a compassionate, nonjudgmental space where you can explore the layers of your story at your own pace.
I’m a licensed professional counselor, and I draw from approaches like EMDR, Parts Work, Sand Tray, and depth-oriented therapies. I also bring in creativity, mindfulness, and body-based awareness to help clients connect more deeply with themselves. My style is collaborative, I don’t see myself as the expert on your life, but as a fellow traveler walking alongside you as you rediscover your own wisdom.
I work with individuals navigating depression, anxiety, trauma, and relationship struggles. Many of my clients come to me feeling stuck, disconnected, or weighed down by old patterns. Together, we gently untangle those threads so new possibilities for healing and growth can emerge.
When I’m not in the therapy room, you’ll often find me outside in nature, creating art, or diving into books that explore psychology, philosophy, and the mysteries of the human spirit. These practices keep me grounded and continually remind me of the beauty of curiosity and growth.
My hope is that therapy with me feels like an invitation to slow down, reconnect with yourself, and move toward a more authentic and meaningful way of being.
I have pursued extensive professional training in EMDR, parts work, sand tray, and other therapeutic modalities. You can view my full list of trainings [here].”
