Counseling for Trauma

Trauma isn’t just about what happened, it’s also about how your mind, body, and spirit carry the impact long after the event has passed. Sometimes it shows up as anxiety, nightmares, or hypervigilance. Other times it feels like numbness, disconnection, or being stuck in the same painful cycles.

Healing from trauma doesn’t mean erasing the past, it means finding ways to reclaim your wholeness in the present. In our work together, we’ll move at your pace, creating a space that feels safe enough for you to explore what’s been too heavy to carry alone.

We might use talk therapy, EMDR, Parts Work, or Sand Tray Therapy, approaches that support both the mind and body in gently processing and integrating your experiences. The goal isn’t to push or force, but to reconnect with your strength, your inner wisdom, and your sense of safety.

You are not defined by what you’ve been through. With support, healing is possible and so is rediscovering the peace and aliveness that belongs to you.
